More personal fitness targets

You can now personalize your challenges even further. We automatically sync daily targets and goals so you can use those in your challenge goals.
Some examples of the metrics we collect:
- daily steps
- daily active time
- daily active calories
- daily stands (only with Apple Watch)
You can use these data points in your challenge setup.
Supported devices
We automatically sync this data from users who have an Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, or Oura device connected. Step data is collected from more devices.
Example challenge concepts
You can use this to create all kinds of engaging fitness challenges. Here are a few ideas which are now possible:
- Personal daily step goal leaderboards
- Complete as many as possible daily goals and earn points for each completed goal (steps, active time, calories, stands).
- Calorie based challenges: who can burn most calories?
